About Me

my life is brilliant
I'm a 27-year-old small-town Oklahoma girl who lives in Virginia (forever an Okie in my heart, though!). I've grown quite a bit over the last couple years, doing many things I never thought I'd do: going sky diving, taking up distance cycling AND running, traveling all over the country, becoming an Army wife, and moving to Virginia, to name a few. In September of 2007, I got married in a small ceremony on the beach in Florida. Just over two months later, my husband left for Iraq for 14 months. Almost two years into our marriage, we are FINALLY living in the same state, city, and home. It's gonna be an interesting ride!
