outside oklahoma: Since I can't walk around work with unbuttoned jeans ...

K: my superhero husband, who is in the Army and completed a 13(-plus)-month tour in Iraq in January. We have been married since September of 2007.
Piper: my dog, who was born in May of 2006. She has a (natural) mohawk. It's awesome.
AJ: my cycling buddy, who I met randomly while training for a 150-mile bike ride. We became instant friends.
CG: one of my best friends, who I also met in college (And I met K at her wedding! She married K's old roommate.).
Danielle: a good friend from college. She was there when K and I got engaged and when I found my Florida wedding dress.
ER: one of my best friends, who I met in college.
Jeremy: my "personal trainer"/workout buddy, who is a friend from college.
Rachel: my friend since kindergarten. We were roommates all through college.

Since I can't walk around work with unbuttoned jeans ...

I'm totally wishing I hadn't worn the jeans I'm wearing today. They're cute, but they have absolutely no give to them, and the waistband is tight. They're not unflattering, or I wouldn't have worn them. I'm not poured into them by any means, but this waistband is killing me!

Is it an acceptable reason to leave work so I can go home to change into more comfy jeans? Ugh!

Anonymous said...: There is always ultra-casual day where you CAN walk around with your jeans unbuttoned. Just make sure the undies are nice and decorative and don't scream "GRANNY PANTY"!!!!
