Hello, thighs!

I did more lunges Monday night (with the 25-pound weights again), and I'm hurting today. Luckily, day two is usually the worst. That was the case after last week's lunges, and I'm sure it'll be the same this week. Thank goodness.

I feel like I'm walking like an old person today. I can't move too quickly, and it hurts to sit down and stand back up.
